Eligibility


VIRGINIA & NORTH CAROLINA RESIDENTS MAY APPLY:

Due to the nature of this event, vendor categories that are marked with an asterisk * are not required to obtain a City of Chesapeake business license (or) peddlers permit.

Vendors offering produce and/or food items will be granted priority acceptance.


*Produce Vendors: 60% of the items you offer must be produced by you, 40% may be sourced from other growers within the state of Virginia or North Carolina.

*Food Vendors: All items for sale must be produced, at least in part, by the vendor. (value-added items, baked goods, etc.)

*Artisan & Craft: A limited number of these vendors will be accepted. Items must be of high quality & fitting to the nature of the event. Items must be created, at least in part, by the vendor.

Food Trucks: Select food trucks will be considered.

Direct Sales Companies: Companies such as Thirty-One, Mary Kay, Paparazzi Jewelry, Tupperware, Avon, Young Living Essential Oils, Pampered Chef, Scentsy, etc. are not eligible to participate.
